These terms are concluded between Legacy Lab and the End-User only, and not with Apple, and Legacy Lab not Apple, are solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Legacy Lab. Subject to compliance with these TOS, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Legacy Lab for your personal, non-commercial use.

Legacy Lab is provided “as-is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content on Legacy Lab.
